Anderson Properties is a property development company with over 25 years experience.
It has encompassed a wide range of property development over
the years including retail, leisure and office, industrial and residential.
The company has been involved in projects in these fields both small and large, ranging
from the development of one residential unit to the development and construction of commercial business parks.
Nowadays we tend to focus on larger projects in both
the residential and commercial sector, with a minimum lot size of £500,000 with no upper limit.
In addition the company purchases residential ground rent investments
countrywide and holds a considerable portfolio via a sister company. |

Residential Property Development

Anderson Properties acts as both principal and joint venture partner. We purchase land and buildings with or without planning permission. We work generally within a 50 mile radius of Warwick encompassing Warwickshire, West Midlands, The Cotswolds, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire and parts of Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
Since 2007 we have been focusing more on the care sector and have secured 3 sites for care villages in the Midlands. All of significant size these will produce 326 beds for care and 276 care apartments. These villages will provide specialist living for the elderly in ideal locations. The care options will range from independent living to a full care package catering for all specialist needs. Construction is expected to commence on the first developments in late 2010.
In addition we are actively seeking residential development sites throughout the West Midlands and have a further 48 plots for housing in separate sites. We also have £3 million of land under offer and contracted subject to planning.

Commercial Property Development

Anderson Properties acts as both principal and joint venture partner. We purchase land and buildings with or without planning permission.
Our minimum lot size is £1million and we consider projects countrywide. Our prime experience is in office and industrial development both in and out of town, although we have in the past been involved with prime and sub prime retail construction and investments.
Present projects include a mixed development of offices and shops in Central London, currently under construction and a B1, B2 and B8 business park recently acquired subject to planning.
We are keen to expand our commercial property investments and have secured considerable funding to acquire further projects throughout 2010.
